All costs are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.

Bookings close Friday, 21 October 2016 and payment must be received by this date.
No tickets will be issued for this event.
You will receive a confirmation of your registration via email.
You will receive a tax invoice.
Please be aware that payments are processed by Stars Event Management.
Please Note:  Department of Mines and Petroleum staff must contact Jessica Allen (jessica.allen@dmp.wa.gov.au) after gaining their manager’s approval to attend.  Please DO NOT register via the web.
CANCELLATION POLICY:  DMP is pleased to provide full refunds for cancellations advised within 5 days of the event.  Cancellations after 5 days but before 2 days will receive 50% of the total amount.  There will be no refunds for cancellations within 2 days of the event.  You may substitute a colleague at any time if you are unable to attend.
